Industrial strategies for clean energy technology manufacturing require an all-of-government approach with special attention being paid to critical minerals and metals, energy costs (a major differentiator in the competitiveness of countries’ energy-intensive industry sectors) and new infrastructure (the backbone of the new energy economy in all countries).
